Klacht: BAD SERVICE EVER-RECOMMENDING TO NOBODY

Mijn Klacht:

I HAVE ORDERED TELE2 TO BE ACTIVATED ON 26 FEBRUARY 2020, AS AGREED. BUT THEY SENT THE LETTER AND THE MODEM BEFORE THIS DATE WHEN I WAS ON HOLIDAYS FOR TWO WEEKS. I CAME HOME FROM HOLIDAYS ON 26TH, I NOTICED CONNECTION WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND I COULD’T USE THE INTERNET EVEN ONE DAY, BUT BECAUSE THE LETTER AND THE MODEM WERE SENT EARLIER THAN I ORDERED, 14 DAYS TIME EXPIRED TO CANCEL. NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 2 MONTHS COSTS TO CANCEL WHICH IS NOWHERE IN CONTRACT WRITTEN THAT THEY WILL CHARGE TWO MONTHS. THERE IS NO SERVICE DELIVERED NOT EVEN ONE DAY. PRODUCT AND THE LETTER WERE DELIVERED EARLIER EVEN THOUGH ACTIVATION WAS ON 26TH, ACTIVATION DATE DIDN’T MATTER BUT ONLY THE LETTER DATE. I FOUND THIS VERY UNFORTUNATE AND I WILL RECOMMEND TELE2 TO NOBODY. I HAVE RECHTSBIJVERZEKERINGEN AND I AM GOING TO SEND THIS CASE TO COURT.
