Mijn Klacht:
Paced an order in July. No delivery. Asked for a refund in the middle of September. Given the runaround. Numerous emails, and calls. Always asked to provide more information. No refund in spite of proving bank information showing they debited my 72 euros. Very, very unsatisfactory service, and judging from other complaints I have read, very poor service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my money refunded.
