Mijn Klacht:
Dear Madam/Sir,
I have chosen Ziggo because I hearth from friends that it is the quickest internet. Unfortunately I couldnt experience it till now. It is not working and too slow. And when I call the customer service , I have to wait more than half hour. Today it is 20 November, I called 2 times and the guy at the customer service, closed the phone, when we were talking. It happened 2 times, therefor I dont believe that it was an accident. So I’m totally disappointed and I have one year contract.
Gewenste Oplossing:
If my internet works normal, I should be happy. And when I call or send an email to the customer service, if they reply me.
