Mijn Klacht:
We commissioned DRvloer to renovate our stairs. Unfortunately the renovation did not go as expected. Not only did the renovation take 10 weeks longer than estimated, the quality of the installation did not meet our expectations.
Specifically the fitting, filler (kit) and paint work was done very messily and the white paint is a different shade to that used on the vertical panels (stootboorden).
After discussion with Rik Kroeze, we agreed that we would get a quote from another party to complete the kit- and paint-work because his own installers were not capable of finishing the project satisfactorily.
The quote for competing the installation came to 871 euro, only 100 euro of which has been reimbursed.

Gewenste Oplossing:
Reimbursement of € 771,00 to cover the remaining costs of completing the installation.
