Mijn Klacht:

In the repair instructions, the company never mentioned that we should take the SIM out of the phone.

When the new phone was sent back, the SIM was gone and now they won’t return it.

This means that I not only have to pay the 65 euro eigen risico, but I also have to pay to get a new SIM kaart.

Basically, ACE-Dynasure stole our property (SIM) and refuses to return it (what did they do, throw it away?).

Gewenste Oplossing:

If they return my SIM or re-imburse the costs of the new one.
