Mijn Klacht:
A return shipment (1Z5270YY9198674720) to Skechers is lost and I raised a claim about the status they say it has been delivered.
But skechers say they have not received the parcel and they say that UPS updated them that the parcel was never received at the locker. It was a shocker(as I have the receipt) and when I ask ups about it they dont bother to respond. I have dropped numerous emails and follow up, but they dont bother to respond.
I am not sure who(skecher or ups) is playing but I am stuck between them
