Klacht: Shippment lost and no response from UPS

Mijn Klacht:

A return shipment (1Z5270YY9198674720) to Skechers is lost and I raised a claim about the status they say it has been delivered.

But skechers say they have not received the parcel and they say that UPS updated them that the parcel was never received at the locker. It was a shocker(as I have the receipt) and when I ask ups about it they dont bother to respond. I have dropped numerous emails and follow up, but they dont bother to respond.

I am not sure who(skecher or ups) is playing but I am stuck between them

It seems not to be a return shipment and also no locker is involved in this shipment. Also the address information from, or to your address doesn't match in any way. 3 maanden geleden - Hi Frank, The tracking number is absolutely correct as there can not be a mistake in copy and paste. It is a retrun shipment and a locker was involver. Please find below the details of the package drop and the update on the claim that I raised when the package was not tracable anywhere for 10 days. Unfortunately I can not upload the proof here else I would have attached here.
