Mijn Klacht:
On 27-07-2020 I was scheduled to fly with KLM from Amsterdam to Istanbul.
This concerned flight kl-1613 and due to the coronavirus crisis at that time I have requested a voucher on 23-06-2020 and I received an email from KLM
voucher request id: C86-2EC8533DB4DB
My booking code was NDC0ZZ and then was changed to SXJYH4.
To date, I have not received a voucher.
If my request does not result in the above-mentioned compensation, I will submit my complaint to the relevant supervisory authority and will take legal action if necessary.
