Mijn Klacht:
I had a flight booked at the beginning of April that I had to cancel due to Covid. I sent schipholtickets an email to cancel the flight at the beginning of March, asking them to cancellation because I need the record for my employer. 3 months later and not only have I not heard anything from them – in spite of several follow-ups from my side – they actually had the nerve to ask me to stop contacting them! I can only imagine what people who want a refund are going through as even a simple email ation (that wouldn’t cost them any money!) they are unable to do. I’ve had some bad customer service in my time, but the rudeness of schipholtickets is really at another level!
Gewenste Oplossing:
At this point I need a ation of cancellation and an apology for their appalling customer service!
