Mijn Klacht:
I have done reservation on 14 November 2020 from Amsterdam to Zürich.
I have done the fault at the name ( the first later A instead E)
I called 3 , 5 hour’s I waited long on the line
And when they answered they said me that I have to contact with the airline.
I called the airline (Swiss) and they said me that only travel agency can change the name.
So it is 22:40 and I try yet to correct the name.
The reservation was at 19:15.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to correct the letter from the name. That's it.
