Mijn Klacht:
The multitask button of my Galaxy S6 stopped working last week. The device is about 20 months old. It is still in the warranty period, so I sent it to repair. The repair center (Dynafix) refuses to fix the device under warranty because it has a few little scratches (really small scratches, not even close to the button!). Of course small scratches like the ones it has are normal on a device of this age. They’re absolutely unrelated to the problem and I do not expect or want them to be fixed. A quick search on the internet shows that the issue with the button is frequent, even on new devices: https://androidforums.com/threads/recent-apps-button-stopped-working.929036/ , https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Android/Galaxy-S6-recent-apps-amp-back-button-suddenly-not-working/td-p/378024. Dynafix asks €408,87 to fix the problem. What a joke: a new Galaxy S6 costs currently (as of Dec-2017) €389,00 (https://www.belsimpel.nl/samsung-galaxy-s6/32gb-wit). Otherwise I must pay €59,29 to get it back without the problem fixed.
