At 5 September around 20:00 h, I was at the AH Overtoom 116.
Asking employee (he told me that his name is Elio Heres) for assistance over, for me unclear Bonus prices, without being provoked anyhow, I was attacked with a rude and insulting comments (quote: “Stop speaking rubbish” and “Who cares what do you thing”).
I deeply and truly believe that such a poor, rude and insulting communication skills are not approved from the management and does not represent the way AH employees communicate with the customers. Therefore I am complaining about it.
If I could visit AH supermarket without being insulted it would be much better. It would be even better if I could get information's about the products and prices, if kindly asked for.
