Hello,
I have ordered a couch since 27 February, and (Otto) ask me to pay around 255 euro in the front I paid that . the couch cost in that time around 800 euro the they said I will receive my order after 15 weeks from 27 February. so I have to receive it on 17 June . but I didn’t receive it . then I called Otto to ask about the couch and unfortunately they surprise me that I have canceled my order on 10 June and that is not correct I didn’t canceled the order. and I called 3 employee, each one gives me different answers . Even I sent an email to the service also they answered me something totally different and not related to my question. Anyhow my couch should be arrived for me and I need a solution for that . One of the employee reorder the couch so I have to wait for another 15 weeks and for different price . the price now for the couch is 1000 euro and it was around 800 euro. So please find me a solution
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to receive my order as soon as possible with the same first price.
