We are unable to find your details in our system in comparison to your user details given here on this website. However, to support you we kindly request you to check your account statement and see who debited your account. Maybe you have subscribed for an online subscription with any web service (dating, etc.) where the service provider debits your account for the subscription.
If you see Novalnet as debtor in your account statement, then please send us a detail email to [email protected] along with the transaction information (TID with 17 digits, booking reference, date, amount, etc.) which you see on your bank statement, so that we can help you to sort out your outstanding queries.
