Mijn Klacht:
I used arriva bus 33 to travel today the 12th of June at 17.47 from Chamelot campus to Sittard train station. The bus driver ordered me to stop talking on the phone even I was not loud or I will throw you out. I have cut my call so the bus driver put his music loudly and that was not enjoyable at all.
This is despite other, male person directly behind me speaking loudly on the phone all the way. This is not the first time that I heard women being ordered to stop talking on the phone, while males are allowed to do so.
If there is the rule that phones are not allowed, then there should be a clear sign on the bus.
Moreover there should be no discrimination between the sexes.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I think that apology from the driver should be sufficient.
