Good day, am very disappointed with the service of your company. I did ask 2x for a baby packet, till today’s date, I haven’t recive any return mail, also had call with a customer service, lady told me just to go to shop and I can get my baby packet there. I went to shop, unfortunately I couldn’t get it as it wasn’t activated on my voordelcard. Now, my baby is almost born and still I do not get what I ask for since!
