We are regular customer of Dirk van Den Broek in Belgieplien Amsterdam. We have a complaint about an employee that works there.
We have serveral time observed that especially she has been making a lot of mistakes in billing to us. Specially today when she had charged us for one extra item brocolli’ when it was not in our shoppingcart
Its a bit annoying that we have to return everytime because of her mistakes .
I would recommend to improve the customer service by better training such employees. Specially attentiveness and better customer focused.
