Mijn Klacht:
I ordered brake disks using the tag number and selected what the web page recommended just to receive items that do not match the original disks. I feel that this being the case, I should not have to pay a return shipping or restocking fee. but I did not complain.
According to the DHL tracking number DHL delivered the shipment back to them on December 3rd 2015 at 9.02 am.
Yet 5 days later they claim that they have not yet received my returned item.
Why they can’t use the tracking number they provided to see that they took delivery of the parts in question is beyond me.

Gewenste Oplossing:
I just want a full refund for the amount paid to them in a timely fashion.
Purchasing parts recommended by the website when using a tag number should not get you the wrong parts. it's on them, so I don't feel that I should have to pay anything. if anything they need to correct the problem apologize and refund me in full.
In return I promise never to buy from them again
