Good afternoon everybody. I have just made a purchase in a Dutch store and they have charged me the money from the bank through your company ADYEN, but the purchase has not been ed by the store in my email or on my phone or in any way, but I return and I repeat, the money was collected from my account. It is logical that you have to put that tip, when your system scares, because at least after collected you could quickly to the buyer that everything is fine, so your system would be more efficient and reliable. Ik zal tevreden zijn wanneer ze mijn aankoop bevestigen in mijn e-mail en bevestigen wanneer mijn bestelling zou kunnen bij mij thuis aankomt.
