Mijn Klacht:

Every morning, around 6:45am, the Lidl\’ employees make huge amounts of noise while receiving their inventory. A massive truck comes every day at that time (2-3 times per day) and disturbs all the surrounding neighbours.
They make huge amounts of noise with their old, clattering trolleys and poor training on the use of this equipment.

Gewenste Oplossing:

1) Change the trolleys to newer ones with either rubber, or pneumatic systems that avoids the rattling of them when used.
2) Use an electric truck!
3) Change the time of delivery! Maximum 2 times per day!

This store continues to creates massive disturbance to the neighbours in the surrounding area of their store. This is a complain well known by them, and instead of trying to solve the issue...they just pass the ball continuously (contact regional manager, we are working on it, contact the store) for years.
They just renewed their store, but can't invest in new trolleys to carry their inventory quietly from the (massive and loud) truck to their store... or to train their team in handling this equipment with care, as there are people living next to them.
Really disturbing!!!
