Mijn Klacht:

I just went to Kiko Zoetermeer, as usual came an Arabic girl to tell me they were going to close. I said only a question are my points still in use?
No, she said, I said againg this is the second year that happened, while there are other shops that recognize the points.
In a very rude way she asked to leave, but it is not the fist time. She is ALWAYS bad serving and looking for an argument.
In November I had a very bad experience, then I was help by Leyla I remember, she was rude and sarcastic.
I think Kiko should pay more attention to the employees they recruit. I and would feel very happy if I will be heard and I am totally prepare to discuss this face to face.
