Mijn Klacht:
Ordered a charger on 25 june. I live in Netherlands so the email stated it would reach me in 1-2 days.
Sent email on 29 june that I haven’t received it and i was told it would come on the next thursday.
I sent an email on 17 july again that i havent received it to which i got no response.
Weeks after they say they sent it again. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received anything. At this point ive called the phone number (nobody picks up), emailed, etc. It’s obvious they’re never sending me a product OR giving me my money back.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to have my money back,.
