Klacht: i would like to do a complaint about my washing machine

Mijn Klacht:

last week I had a blockage on my washing machine,
so i have contacted your technician for this problem.

Your technician came to me at january 4 th 2014 on wednesdey.
When he arrived in my house, he took a look at my waching machine. He could not immediately find the problem from outside so,
He opened my washing machine and he has founded a sock that was stucked out there in the drum. He took it out.

After he was finished with that, he told me that my washing machine was fixed and i could wash my clothes with no any further problems.

What i realise today is that he only told me that the problem was solved but he didn’t took a test at that moment itself and honestly i was so glad that my washing machine was fixed again that i was forgotten to ask him to test it!
I believed in his word and i singed the document that he gave me where was written in that he fixed the problem with no furhter complaints.

When he was left, the first thing a did was my loundry.
But immediately when my machine started I noticed a strange and unusual sound that wasn’t caming out my washing machine and that wasn’t there before.
The sound and banging out of my machine came from the drum and it was so loud that It seemed like a plane was rising in my house!
All my neighbours could also hear that sound comming out of my house and i didn’t like it!

at that moment I’ts was verry clear that the drum of my washing machine came loose as a result of the work of your technician. it seemed like he didn’t close the machine well after he finished his work.

I called youre service the same day about my complain and the agent on the phone told me that i had to write a complainletter wich i did. But untill today i didn’t receive any answer of you about this problem.

I would like you to send me a new tecnhician for a free check-up and reparation beceause the new problem with my machine was made by de first technician you have sended to me and you got to understand that i haven’t washed my clothes for about a week now beceause of youre mistake.

Please answer me as soon as possible or I’ll take further steps!
