My phone does not work for about 2 weeks and there is no way to contact hollandsenieuwe. Ive filled in a contact form online a week ago and still no one from the company has called back. In addition to this my account on the website does not work. I tweeted them about 100 times and their response is only that i have not paid, well I have checked my back acc and I have paid the full amount so that can not be the reason
could they have any worse customer service than than. Its been more than 2 weeks. The worse is that its not the 1st case
