Mijn Klacht:
“Hi” service team claimed that the HW/SW issues felt outside the guarantee. Now they want to charge me 35 Eur to send the unrepaired phone back to me. If I do not agree to the above, then I will have to leave the phone with them!! Which means I will either pay 35 eur for a broken (unrepaired) phone or I will pay nothing and end up with no phone at all!!!
They keep refering me to a web link to provide my response – the link does not even work!
Avoid this company!! it’s nothing but a rip-off and stealing money machine from innocent customers!
Gewenste Oplossing:
"Hi" will inform me when can I collect the phone free of charge in their branch (Kalverstraat, Amsterdam).
Ideally, the phone should be repaired but I guess that is too much to ask from " Hi" .....
