On 3th april my daughter ordered a fleece item at seller anime *cosplay* I payed with Paypal. Time to delivery would be more than a month but we never received this item. We contacten seller who forgot to mention our housenumber on the packagemaker and finally receive packagemaker back.
However, We never received our payed amount back so we opende a case on eBay, now eBay wants to close the case unies we escalatie. We try to escalate but when we try we get. in circles on thè website saying that the case is onder then a month so we Cannon receive our money back.
Seller does not respond to mails and has a 98% rating ….
How do we get out money back?
