Mijn Klacht:
Apple Mac Airbook was sold. Item was in perfect and working condition.
The item was sent with DPD shipping to a nearby packing station to the buyer with a transaction number. The item was then ed and picked up by the buyer.
2 weeks later I got a message from Paypal, the buyer said he would never receive the item. The buyer is of course a Class A SCAMMER and as a buyer through Paypal has more rights automatically than the seller. Therefore, the sales amount of 422 Euro has been recovered and send back to buyer. Now the buyer has my money and my product and Ebay and Paypal is doing nothing and also does not help me anymore and said in one of their email that I have bad fortune…. REALLY?? What a fucked up thing is that. Already informed police!
I would like to file a complaint because I have delivered a flawless product as an honest seller and now my sales amount has been stolen from the buyer. Paypal and Ebay are tied hands and these companies do not do anything, as the buyer is logged on to Ebay longer than me.
