I’m still waiting for replay to my letter about the return of money to my bank account.

In your RETURN SHIPMENTS see that: ” The value of the returned items (minus the return cost of US euro 0.99) will be settled or refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place your order.” As I’ve discovered today – failure to return the money back within 14 days for the article that was already returned to you will violate The Consumer Rights Act of the EU and the Netherlands Consumer Rights act.
I expect clarification from you of the situation and a refund of money!
