Klacht: could not return the product without the receipt

Mijn Klacht:

I went to H&M at Bijlmer to return 2 products without a receipt, the products have no damage, not worn and the tags are still on. On your website it says you can bring them without the receipt and you can exchange it with the current price. https://www.hm.com/us/customer-service/faq/returns however the employees were in a big shock, I also have their names, and they told me that they dont know when and for how much I bought my products for, however I know it to its second, however I was unable to return it. + they were rude.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like to get an answer and also return my products. that i bought 15 days ago.
