Mijn Klacht:
I ordered two pair of glasses on the 26.10.2019 at Specsavers (Ferdinand Bolstraat) after getting my eyes tested at the store. I received my glasses 10 days later and the prescription was wrong – the fishbowl effect was so strong that I felt motion sickness just walking down the street. I went back a couple of days later and they accepted to test my eyes again and replace the lenses. I got the new pair two weeks later and the prescription was still wrong, this time I couldn’t even see anything. I then had to get my eyes tested a third time by a different doctor at a different store, and they insisted that the first prescription was correct.
I contacted the manager of the store as well as their customer service, and I was told each time that I cannot get a refund. I have to go back to the store again to get my eyes tested a 4th time. I don’t know what to do. It has been three months since I ordered my glasses, and I am still nowhere near getting a correct pair of glasses. Moreover, I do not trust Specsavers anymore, as their doctors keep getting the wrong results.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want a refund on my glasses.
