Mijn Klacht:
I returned a blender that was faulty, and I was entitled to a refund paid on my credit card.
The card, by the time the return was made was already expired.
I contacted customer service before the payment was arranged and they told me to wait, because the payment would bounce back and they would be able to return the money to my bank account, or on a different card.
No one ever replied to me about it.
I complain to the customer service again, via the web chat and they told me someone from the financial department would contact me via email to arrange the refund.
Again no contact from them.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to receive the money on mt bank account or master card, I don't want store credit cause I already bought something else from the shop and I moved abroad.
