Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a refrigerator via bol.com (ordernumber: 1293385943). On 29th of November my order was delivered by extra@home by postnl. I purchased free unpackaging and installation service from bol.com and it was also stated at the e-mail I got from extra@home. However the guys who brought the product refused to do the unpackaging and installation and just left the house after bringing in the product.
Bol.com promised me that it would be fixed on 01st of December but again no information or call from them about this. I am calling customer service but they are always busy and now saying that it can take another 2 working days just to handle my request. It is completely unacceptable for me. Stay away bol.com due to terrible customer support service
Gewenste Oplossing:
Send someone asap to unpack and place my refrigerator
Compensate for the hours that I didn't work because waiting for them. I normally live and work another city.
