Mijn Klacht:

Buses of arrive always late, sometimes just not arriving to the bus stop without reason. Can work with 15 min delay or arrive to early and pass the bus stop. Very rude drivers sometimes, not competent with communication and driving. Arriva is worse transport company what I ever met. I use the buses and trains seems they appear in Limburg after Viola.

Gewenste Oplossing:

When all what I was saying before, will change to the better side.
