Mijn Klacht:
I ordered at 10-7 a part on this webshop.
I did before a chat with them.. to know if it was on stock.
It was on stock.. and it was in 24h at my place, they told me.
That is important.. because the car is not running anymore.. and a place in de workshop is very expensive.
Now they tell me that it is not 13th or 15th at my place.. maybe 16th or 17th !
If they told me before.. I did not order it. This cost me more time.. and customer sad !
Please say the next time it is NOT on stock.. and say that the parts are coming from Germany, so I know the transport is 3 days
Gewenste Oplossing:
Duidelijk op de webshop zetten dat het NIET op voorraad is.
Dan ook in de chat zeggen dat het uit Berlijn moet komen.. dat ik weet dat de verzending 3 dagen duurt.
