Mijn Klacht:
I bought an item on sale beginning March as if it was immediately available and to be received within a couple of days. Now it is end March and I still have not received it.
I had to mail their customer support many times, and every time I heard the shipment from the supplier was delayed of a few days and that I would receive the item after a few days or the week to follow. Then the delivery did not arrive, new mail to CS and same story that there was a new delay. I have asked for refund, but they keep on offering a (bad) alternative that I do not want. I keep on mailing, hoping in my money back…
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I get the refund of the money I paid (item AND transport), as already asked multiple time to heir customer support.
