Mijn Klacht:

Hello, the previous bus line 6 from Veolia would stop at my location Dorpstraat/De Leim but as of today it seems that Arriva is no longer servicing my location and it becomes rather inconvenient getting to my destination as the previous bus would be direct. I am not sure who took this decision as the bus was always full so there will be a lot of consumers like me affected by this decision.

Gewenste Oplossing:

If there is an alternative route that services this location it would be very helpful as I have no other way to get to my destination.

I understand that the new busschedule does not fit your needs. Unfortunately we can not always satisfy everyone. What is an improvement for one, may be in front of the other just a deterioration. Arriva aims to find solutions that maximize the benefit of travelers. The timetable will therefore be carefully evaluated and, where necessary and possible, adaptations will be looked at.
