Mijn Klacht:
Buying an apple product is easy; lot’s of people will help you at any time when you walk into an apple store. The problems start when you have a problem with your device – walk into an apple store and nobody will help you. You have to make an appointment at a specific time and date. Fair enough. But when you show up at the agreed time and place, they tell you the person that can help you is not available and ask you to wait (but I made an appointment at a pre-agreed time???). If there is still no person available after 10 minutes I ask them to call me as soon as the relevant person is available, so I can sit outside with my friends and drink coffee while I wait. Apple’s response: we cannot call you and if you leave your appointment is therewith cancelled; how long it will take for the relevant person to be available? That, they cannot tell, I will have to wait….
My next device will not be an Apple device. In my view, you should judge a company on their service and such service should be in line with their pricing. When I pay good money I expect good service, something I cannot find at Apple.
Gewenste Oplossing:
If Apple sets up a complaint section at their side and get back to you to solve these issues. Now they tell me to make an appointment at a set date and time to tell my complaint - I am affraid that the 'relevant person' won't be there and they will make me wait for hours...
