Mijn Klacht:
Dear Albert Heijn,
Since I cam to the netherlands I was told to shop at your super market for the best products. But for quite sometime now, I have noticed that the products that are usually on bonus are really bad in quality. This morning I went to Ah to go and bought a packet of carrots that were on sale for 1 euro. But they were really bad and soggy, almost spoilt, This forced me to lodge a complaint. Why give away spoilt products for cheaper prices? Is it not against values?
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would be satisfied with an explanation on whether this is just continuous bad luck or something else? I would like to receive compensation or good will for the losses I have incurred!!
