Mijn Klacht:

Walking in the Albert Heijn of Hoogerheide, I saw a stand where they were selling NS DagKaarts. There was a big pannel and you could pick up the vouchers to pay in the Kassa.
Both in the pannel and in the vouchers the terms and conditions were specified. It was in both, clearly stated that the travel period would be from 10 March to 8 June.
I needed 3 tickets for Kingsday and I found it a good opportunity, so when I went to the Kassa and asked the Kassiere about Kingsday and she looked to the paper and said should be included because it’s within the period. So I bought 3 tickets
Last Week I entered the DagKaart website and realized that Kingsday was not included. I called the AH Klantservice and they told me that I should have had a look to the terms and conditions in the website, but normally when I go to the supermarket I don’t take my laptop with me.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I finally ended up spending more than 100 euros in Kingsday, and I have the 3 dagkaarts with me. The fairest thing would be that I give back the 3 cards to AH and I get reimboursed the price I paid for Kingsday tickets, because it's how it should have been,
