Mijn Klacht:
The shoes I ordered were not included in the package of the product I received. I received the product from a package punt point. Realizing that the box was light, I explained the situation to the employee there. I ed with her that the box was missing. I spoke to DPD and they said Adidas should contact them. Adidas customer service said it is not a situation we can solve. There is no 120 euro product and I am a victim.

I want my money back or my package delivered in full
