Mijn Klacht:
For several years me and my partner shared great respect to vodafone. When my partner lost his business, he was left with more than a year for two open subscriptions. It was then when we exposed the true ugly face of this company who instead of coming together to find a solution, decided to close our phones while charging us the remain minutes plus a fine. Vodafone has lost us as a long term loyal customers.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Vodafone to reduce a % from the owed amount due to the fact that we have been prevented from using the minutes and smses. This would have been a better to solution in order to keep us engaged and loyal. everyone would have earned. On the long term this would have had higher ROI.
They may still contact us to credit us or reduce the amount by %. Though I am realistic, this may very well happen. If so, I will make sure to spread some good words...
