Mijn Klacht:
I’ve ordered an abonnement through Phone House for a samsung galaxy S7 using Vodafone as mobile company but for personal reasons I had to cancel it so I requested a couple of days after I made the order. They told me there was no problem and they would forward the request and they’ll do it. That was in October and since then I haven’t received any notification at all. I even received emails confirming the order and emails about the delivery of my phone and contract to my house to which I replied asking to not be delivered but they just completely ignored until one day I received an email saying that they went to my house but I wasn’t there (I was at work) and I should inform them when they can deliver which I replied again asking to not be delivered but nothing again. Eventually, I got the first bill from Vodafone so I ask the bank to refund it because i’m not paying for a phone that I requested to cancel LONG time ago plus I don’t even have it and I haven’t signed the contract, the worst part is that the website shows that the phone was delivered and the contract was signed which is obviously not correct. I’ve called Vodafone and they told me there’s nothing they can do, is up to Phone House so I keep calling every week and chatting with them is always the same, “we will send the request to cancel” but the real problem is since I’m not paying the bills of Vodafone I will eventually get blocked and be marked as defaulter and that’s gonna affect me when I would have to request things to my bank and is all because Phone House.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied when they finally cancel everything and undo all the lies that are stayed in the website about the delivery and contract and when they inform vodafone about the problem and they remove the bills.
