Mijn Klacht:
I have placed an order online for a garden fence, a door and some posts (all on stock). The delivery costs were 75 euros, fine.
After having received the posts and the door at home, I get an e-mail from hornbach stating that the fence is not available anymore (stock problem). Hornbach ly offered the money back for the fence. After contacting Hornbach, Hornbach also offered 32 euros back from the delivery costs of the fence.
The problem is that I want to order another fence and again have to pay 75 euros delivery costs. At the end of the day, I lose roughly 43 euros because Hornbach had a stock problem and refuses to offer free shipping on an alternative fence.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Hornbach should refund the 75 euros delivery costs so I can use it to order an alternative fence. It was Hornbach's fault. The customer should not end up losing money because Hornbach cannot control their stock properly.
