Mijn Klacht:
I was just at the Albert Heijn on Westerstraat. I was checking out myself when a tall young man pushed his way into my bags to check if I had paid for all my items. He did not say anything, just started to reach into my bags to scan the items. He was standing very close to me, almost touching me. He did not ask to scan my items or to give me a chance to step back. Beside breaking the covid rules, he was a very rude man. He could have asked or said sorry or may I check your things. So I stepped back as far as I could in the corner. After he finished, he just walked away, so I asked what’s wrong and he said nothings wrong. Can you train your rude workers to show a bit of courtesy and politeness. This man should not be working with the public. He is impolite and does not follow covid rules.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Just ask your workers to be polite. And to keep their social distance. I am an old man and sick , if I get covid, I have a good chance of dying. He was a young man and probably doesn’t take the covid pandemic seriously.
