Mijn Klacht:
I had ordered a bed with an estimated delivery time of three to four weeks. And so I decided to sleep on an air mattress for the last few weeks because I didn’t have an actual bed in my new apartment yet.
This is where the trouble began. I still didn’t have my bed a week past the original delivery date so I tried to contact Bosch Bedding repeatedly with over 15 calls on different times which largely remained unanswered.
Another week later I got an email stating that I would receive the bed later that week but I also noticed that they forgot to add installation to the bill. Great…
A few days later I again received an email from the delivery service of Bosch Bedding. This time it was to tell me that not all parts where in stock and that the delivery could take one to two weeks longer.
At this point I’ve slept on an air mattress for almost four weeks and will probably still sleep on it for two more weeks.
Bosch Bedding so far has denied any compensation for their extremely bad communication and false advertising regarding the delivery times.
I would strongly advise future customers to buy their beds elsewhere.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like Bosch Bedding to at least show some form of compensation since I've been waiting on my bed for six weeks and will in total probobaly be waiting for eight weeks instead of the agreed three to fout. All while im sleeping on an air matress....
I would also like them to improve their way of communicating towards customers and to be honest about delivery times.
