Een klant van Albert Heijn ervaart onbeleefdheid van het personeel tijdens een interactie in de winkel. Na een vraag over een product hoorde de klant een medewerker, Emad, over hem praten in het Nederlands en voelde zich aangesproken toen hij dit ter sprake bracht. De klant vond de reactie van Emad ongepast en vroeg om respectvolle communicatie in een begrijpelijke taal.

Mijn Klacht:

Last Saturday at around 7;30, I was asking a girl in the staff where a certain product is. I heard one of the staff (Emad) talking about me in Dutch, I heard the words klacht and the girl said wie and then he pointed with his face towards me. It could be because a few days earlier I had mader a remark but not a klacht to a team leader.

I asked Emad if he was talking about me which wasn’t a problem for me at the time. He said yes do you have a problem? and then left. I said execuse me, why are you leaving I’m still talking to you. He then again asked if I have a problem to which I said yes. I said if he is going to talk about me then he should talk in a language I understand.

1. He said why, you’re not the king and the girl I originally aksed had ed this.

2. When I aksed his colleagues about the whereabouts of a teamleader, they said he is not here. I asked when would he be here?, they said in an hour. That was not true.

3. Emad was talking to his colleagues infront of me in dutch and when I asked them to please not talk in Dutch, or that his colleagues to not respond to him in Dutch, I was ignored.

4. When the team leader came (Mo), I told what had happend. Emad said why are you lying.

5. When Emad said that, I was more angry and I said I am not going to be called a liar and that I would call the police. The team leader said they would close in your face.

6. The team leader took my number and said that a manager would call me on monday, I was never contacted.

7. I went back to the shop today and spoke to a manager about this and he told me that no one had told him about my complaint.
