Mijn Klacht:

I got the offer in Media Markt from Budget Energie worker , who says that I can go to a company that the old contract allows it to do.His check my private informatie and tell.If will be bonus not biger then 250 euro , which pay Budget Energie.I do not care about anything.
Finally I get from old company bonus with 700 euro to pay.This I pay , but Budget Energie dont compensate for all amounts.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like to get back my money, This company lied and behaved improperly.

7 jaren geleden - Dear miss Zilinskaite, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I can see that you've had contact with us about your final invoice and that my colleagues have responded multiple times via e-mail. The maximum amount that we reimburse is € 125, - per product (gas electricity) for a total of € 250, -, which is the maximum fine that an energiesupplier is allowed to charge. My colleagues have asked you to send us your final invoice, which you've recieved from your previous supplier. Unfortunatly we have yet to recieve your final invoice and because of that have not reimbursed your fine. You can send your final invoice to [email protected]. If your previous supplier charged a fine, we will reimburse you for an amount up to € 250, -. We will not reimburse any additional costs, such as your gas and electricity usage. Dear miss Zilinskaite,

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I can see that you've had contact with us about your final invoice and that my colleagues have responded multiple times via e-mail. The maximum amount that we reimburse is € 125, - per product (gas electricity) for a total of € 250, -, which is the maximum fine that an energiesupplier is allowed to charge. My colleagues have asked you to send us your final invoice, which you've recieved from your previous supplier.

Unfortunatly we have yet to recieve your final invoice and because of that have not reimbursed your fine. You can send your final invoice to [email protected]. If your previous supplier charged a fine, we will reimburse you for an amount up to € 250, -. We will not reimburse any additional costs, such as your gas and electricity usage.
