Mijn Klacht:
We ordered wall panels for our kitchen in store on the 28th May 2018. They were delivered on the 22nd June and one of the panels was severely damaged in transit. Another one of the panels arrived in the wrong colour. We are very dis-satisfied with the customer service we have received. To resolve this problem we had to contact your customer service centre on two occasions and waited 30-45 minutes each time for the call to be answered. The customer service operators in both cases were very helpful but the waiting time and inconvenience is frankly unacceptable. We now have to wait up to five more weeks for the products to be delivered since they are special order items. Our kitchen cannot be completed until these panels arrive and it is unfinished.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Can you speed up the delivery of the new panels? Can you make sure that the delivery drivers are careful with the products? Can you re-imburse us for the telephone calls we have made?
