Mijn Klacht:

After cracking my phone screen at home I called the call center of IAK. At first, they did not want to believe what happened to the phone and treated me as if I am lying. Later on, they told me that a phone screen broken in the house can be repaired but I need to pay up to 100 Euro own-risk. So, this was not on the agreement. She said IAK changed the terms in the beginning of this year (2018). I was not informed. I am not finding this changing the terms without informing much professional. I am dissatisfied with IAK. For this reason I cancelled the household insurance.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would be satisfied when companiesinform the terms and conditions change in advance.
