Mijn Klacht:
I purchased a metal panel to install behind the kitchen stove, after cooking with a boiling pan only for the steam the panel turn in a white colour and it got little melted. This is really not normal that a METAL panel got melted from the steam, the panel is specially made to install behind the kitchen stove to avoid the wall to get dirty. Of course I contact Ikea many time but mostly no answer, only though Facebook messenger somebody reply just to tell me that is my fault and my problem and they cannot do anything. I am really disappointed.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be happy if they give me a different panel that do not get melted or simply money back and I will buy somewhere else.
