Mijn Klacht:
The booking was postponed by a week with help from ryanair, instead of picking up the car on sunday at 16h, I picked it up at 20h since the flight had changed. They said they didn’t have this car or a similar one anymore and made a ridiculous alternative proposition with a deposit of 1550 euros, which I didn’t accept. They said I also had the option to go to another company for a car. I asked if they would charge anything in that case, they clearly said no, but they did charge after all from my credit card. Never more goldcar.
